Common questions

How do I film my swing?

Put the phone on a stand at hip or hand height. Face-on, it stands 2.5–4 metres in front of you, level with the ball. Down the line, it stands 2–3 metres behind you, on the line towards the target. Your whole body and the club must stay in the frame for the whole swing. The app shows a frame to help you place the phone.

Where are my videos?

Only on your phone. They are never uploaded. To keep them before you delete the app or change phones, go to Swings → Select → Share and save them to Photos.

I have a new phone

Sign in with the same account. Your analyses, focuses and the movement in your swings come back, but not the videos. Those swings then show the figure without video.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Delete account. The account and everything stored on it are deleted straight away. See also the privacy policy.

Which phones does the app work on?

iPhone with iOS 18 or later.
